Our beginner courses are a great way to safely transition from pool to open water. We run introductory courses over the summer months, which consist of 4 weekly sessions at a tidal pool (Atlantic and False Bay). This environment provides an ideal setting to learn new skills such as cold water adaptation, sighting and ocean safety, so that you are well prepared when heading into the big blue ocean.
